Purposefully Designed.

The Vision

God has designed each one of us with intention. We were made on purpose for a purpose, but too often we slip into survival mode. There is more to life than just managing our to do lists. When we are overwhelmed with life, our vision is dimmed, and we can easily forget that we were made for more than just getting by.

The concept of design reflects creativity. The vivid threads of artistry spark joy and vitality into every part of life. Whether it’s shaping spaces as an interior designer, baking artisan sourdough for my family, expressing spiritual truths through watercolor, turning my thoughts into books, or sharing them on my blog, my desire is to live life fully and with intention.

Finding purpose in life is a sacred journey. As a certified Live Well Health Coach, my heart is to help women encounter God in transformative ways. I especially resonate with women who have settled into discouragement—I’ve been there. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we can navigate the path that leads to wholeness.

As women, there are some common threads of how we feel like our feet are being sucked in by quicksand. That’s such a poignant picture of what it feels like to feel immobilized and unable to live out the life you desire to have.

Over the next few months, we’ll explore the ways we hang out in the muck and mire, but more importantly what God’s word teaches us how to leave those habits behind stepping into a life of freedom. We’ll consider topics that contribute to being stuck such as: feeling frozen by things that we can’t control, dipping into discouragement, victim mentality, sin, time wasters, believing lies of the enemy, lack of motivation, living out of offense and unforgiveness, letting fear cripple you, frustration over other people, pride and selfishness, busyness, and the like.

God desires us to live with proactivity, purpose, passion taking ground for His kingdom. Apathy needs to take a backseat as we take back what the enemy has stolen from our lives.

I want to bring concepts to life through visuals—both spiritual artwork and analogies—so that each blog post resonates deeply. In 2024, a friend introduced me to spiritual artwork. I hadn’t done art in years, but something stirred in me as I tried to put on paper what God was impressing on my heart.

I also want each blog to include practical next steps or practices. It’s easy to read an article and feel inspired, but transformation happens when you take steps to apply it to your life. My desire is to guide readers toward life transformation by pointing them to Christ.

It’s time to say “NO MORE” to being stuck.

John 10:10 reminds us, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it abundantly.”

True abundance comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ, and when our hearts are aligned with His, we discover what it truly means to live well. Let’s explore what it means for you to live well in Him.
